Where I live the normal octane fuel is 95 and premium is 98. THe thing that there is this aviation fuel that 120 octane... and I want to know if my car will have a better acceleration w/ this 120 oct.fuel??? and also if it will do no harm to the engine. I have a stock 95 M3.

The 120 octane fuel will probably not make a difference in how your car rides. Especially for the cost of it, it is rather expensive there compared to the 95, 98 right?
and you live in Europe i assume since those are the numbers they use in Europe.
120 octane fuel is used in race cars with high compression engines or turbo/superchargers.

To your question use whatever the manufacturer recommends - no more no less.
