With all the threads popping up about people wanted to lose fat and get stronger, I thought it would be awesome if we started a recipe thread. No one likes eating the same thing over and over again so hopefully we can get a pretty good recipe list going on.

I'll start with a classic favourite: the tuna pattys.

3 cans of tuna
1/4 diced onion (I like mine a bit crunchy)
2 whole eggs beaten
1/4 cup flax meal (or its equivalent in bread crumbs)
Pepper to taste
Garlic powder (this can be omitted but I love garlic)
Siracha/chilli powder to taste (or dice up finely a green chilli)
Some extra virgin olive oil

Mix all ingredients, except olive oil, in a bowl and form into 2 large patties. Splash of olive oil in the fry pan and heat it up. Drop the patties in and cook until golden brown on each side. You can eat this with bread or buns, but what I prefer to do is when its just about done I throw a slice of cheese on top and let it melt a bit and eat it like that. Tastes delicious.
