Aspen Condo Complex stalled?

On the corner of 85th and 17th theres a condo complex infront of that stormwater pond and behind it I guess is the 2nd stage shown in the pics below.

Is this project stalled? - it seems like no work has been done on it for months. I notice the sign says it would be completed spring 2011.

I would like to check it out when its complete and a future place for my mother in law to live, however the roof seems to be warping a bit etc. Not sure of the build quality.

I believe that complex is called Valmont and they were supposed to have phase 2 ready for occupation in November this year last i heard.

I would stay away from the unit that is partially done.... letting particle board sit in the run and rain for that long will cause issues down the road.

Those million dollar condos on the NE corner of 17ave and 69street sw sat like that for years before finally getting finished last year. I wonder if there are issues with them.
