Plenty of old agriculture/mining money/new oil money in Regina. I believe one of the largest, most luxurious, estates recently built in Canada was only completed a couple of years ago there (ie $10M+)

Regina does have some serious money, but much like Calgary, most that aren't tied to staying for business and can afford to escape, do.

Yeah, one of the shareholders of Brand Industries built a massive place just north of the city. $10M+ is accurate (only rumours are out there on the price tag).
