This shit looks legit. I'm pressure cooking it right now.

What do you eat this with? Stir fry? Plain? Aware me.

I'm pretty plain with mine. I will either bake it in the oven with other veggies and throw some spices on it and then have chicken with it. Or, chop it up and throw it in a stir fry.

stir fry,

get the pan hot, oil, lotsa garlic.
in goes the bok choy,

If it's not baby bok choy, i put water in and put a lid over it.

Actually this is how i cook most veggies.

I do the same way. Except I add a lil oyster sauce for flavoring.

Boiled gai lan with oyster sauce sprinkled over it..mmmmm

Yes, I put a little oyster sauce in a pot, a splash of soy sauce, a tablespoon of water to loosen, a couple grinds of black pepper and yes the shot of sesame oil as well. Heat it up till it bubbles and pour over any boiled veggies.

I like this but if I don't have sesame oil, Oyster sauce would do.

Best way to cook bok choy. Add some meat and you're gold. :drool:

Am I the only one who didn't notice the thread category, and thought he was talking about BokCh0y (http://forums.beyond.ca/member.php?s=&action=getinfo&userid=22840) having a kid?
