The blue car was trying to back up earlier in the video
That's why the car in front stopped for a bit but didn't let him go and neither did the driver filming.

Blue car catches up and pulls in front of car with cam and pulls stick

that sir is incorrect! two totally differant cars.... pause and see for yourself... this kid probably thought buddy brake checked him i bet cuz the blue car that pulled him over was never in front or in camera view
