I've been tossing the idea of selling this for the last year or so (listed it once or twice and changed my mind), and I've come to realize it's time to move on.
I'm buying a condo in the next month or so, so I won't have the money that I'd like to spend on the car for the next few years.
I'd also like to buy something newer in the next couple years once I'm done my apprenticeship, and selling this would give me a good opportunity to clean up some excess debt, and save some money for that.

I'm in no hurry to sell, low-ballers will be ignored.
Now, onto the important info.

Overall:

The good: The car has had a lot of important preventative maintenance done during my ownership.
Just before my ownership (early 2010); Brand new oem clutch.
Last year; all pulleys, tensioners, belts, full cooling system overhaul, new struts. Inspection II was also performed at Pug City Eurowerkes.
This year; new VANOS unit, VANOS solenoid and valve cover gasket , full brake system overhaul and rebuild, new spark plugs.
The car was also recently detailed, including a 2 stage cut and polish, and wax. The car will be hand washed and wax re-applied before sale.

The bad:
The car is 17 years old, so there are some minor paint defects here and there. The car originally was spoiler-less, however at some point in time someone had poorly installed a spoiler, which eventually caused the holes to rust. The purchase price includes a new trunk from another spoiler-less M3, which is going to be carbon wrapped and installed as soon as Method has the product in-stock and has time to do it (just waiting on the call to bring it in).
Some of the rear window trim is also worn, however this is a common issue.
Some people may find the brakes bothersome. The HP + pads are quite noisy, and the aluminum caliper bushings don't help, however the car stops on a dime (or at least as much as the tires will let it haha).
The wheels could use a re-finishing, if the new owner plans to keep them. I had plans to upgrade the wheels to something wider once I had spent some money on lowering it ect.

Included extra's

One-man brake bleeder system (forgot brand name)
Original BMW trunk mounted tool-kit and trunk liner (currently removed)
Fullsize spare ( tire is junk, oem wheel, 17x7.5 +41)
Original trunk if new owner wished to refinish and have matching serial #'s
Spare O2 sensor.

The car needs nothing to driven and appreciated, and is an absolute blast to do so. Anyone that has owned or driven an E36 M3 knows they offer a fantastic driving experience, and this one is no different.
I am fairly firm on the price, however I am willing to entertain serious offers close to my asking price. At the moment I am considering trades, must be something with 4x4, preferably crew/quad cab truck or mid-size SUV with low-range gearing.

Price: $13 000, o.b.o

If you have questions regarding anything on the car, I would be glad to answer them as best as I can.

I don't have any recent pics, however I will try and get the car cleaned up, and some more updated pics/detail shots this weekend.
Pics show the old spoiler, which is no longer on the car.

For now, shots from last year.
