E-Bay Someone selling your car what do you do?

THis guy is using my pic to sell the body kit I have now if he asked me that would be another story and another post but he has my pics up I sent him an e-mail about the pic asking him about fitment and questions like whos car it was he replies the kit fitment was good and it my buddies car in toronto.
WTF now he aint replying to my e-mails:drama:
The funny thing is if you look a the pic he has put his own copy right crap all over the damm thing :whipped:

Yeah that sucks he didn't have the decency to ask you first. It would have been cool if he hotlinked it off your webspace though, since once you figure out someone is stealing your pic, you can change it to gh3y pr0n and get his auction deleted :D

someone emailed me and let me know of someone using my pics to sell there own items, i just emailed ebay and they deleted the auction.

since u got your kit from Onderground, they do have a bad history of using their customers pic to advertis their prodect, may be u can talk to them about it

ok so I just got off the line with VIS it took about 15 minuites to convience them it was my car but they gave me a wicked deal on a new kit and cf hood (400usd shipped) so yeah :clap: for VIS and they can use my shit all the time..:clap:

I think they were a little caught off card cause I asked the guy whos car it was and he like yeah this guy in canada bought a kit from us and after he had installed it he sent us the pictures.
I said really thats kind of weird cause Thats my car and I bought it from Onderground.
then he puts me on hold and I talk to some manager guy it was intersting. still pssst about the e-bay thing tho

Hey atleast they din't try to sell your CAR on there LOL .. ebay is a joke .. somoene stole my pictures last year and tried to sell my car .. so my advice would be to email ebay .. or just let it go ..he took it from the VIS site, can't really blame him. If I was selling a wings west kit I would go to wings west and steal a pic off their site wouldn't you?
