Actually I think it is steal b/c it was a biach to cut through and it's heavy.

I think yours is steel as well! Fuck it, I have some 2" piping that I can use, but I'd really like to use 2.5. Someone's gotta have a 4" piece somewhere!!

haha, this is true, but I can't weld steel piping to aluminum endtanks. I can have it brazed, but I don't really want to do that.
