I'm putting together a custom PWO to save money/avoid fillers. I know Darkane is pretty knowledgeable on this stuff, but if anyone else wants to contribute feel free.

I'm going to put together a PWO consisting of Whey, BCAA's, Creatine, Glutamine, and Beta-Alanine, Dextrose (Gatorade powder) and an NO booster (Hemavol?).

My question is, what should be taken Pre WO, what should be taken Post WO, and what amounts of each? Is the glutamine a waste if i'm already taking BCAA's?

BCAA's = pre workout.
Creatine = pre workout.

Everything else post.

Question is, What's your goal right now?

Cutting:

PRE: Dextrose, Beta, Creatine
DURING: BCAA
POST: Whey, Glutamine

No need for an NO booster.

Gaining:

PRE: Dextrose, Beta, Creatine
DURING: Dextrose, BCAA
POST: Whey, Glutamine

If you can I'd actually go with this for savings:

PRE: 5oz Lean white Fish, 4oz sweet potato
DURING: PEPTOPRO (Or another kind of Hydrosylized Casein), Dextrose
POST: 20g of PEPTO, then +60 minutes a Solid meal. 6oz Red meat, 1-2 cups of white rice (depending on your goals) and 1 tbsp raw honey on the rice.
