Pretty sure jack3d still ships up here, I got some from BB not too long ago.

I think the bodybuilding.com supplements use to be branded as "cheap supplements" http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/cheapsupplements/valine.html

They never had any proteins, but as far as simple BCAAs, glutamine, creatine etc they were fine.

There is a new formula with no of whatever was banned. Only one flavor though and went up in price.

Protein is a good idea though as shipping is always very high on that due to the mass.

Nope, they ship USPS parcel post, no additional charges when you receive.

All my shipments have come Fedex and I've never been charged additional duties. As stated it is all prepaid when you order.

I picked up some CEE, it was only $11 so if it sucks, no big loss.

Stuck with ON whey Gold though... $53 and free shipping is awesome. Especially since it's $70 locally

Prices are quite similar when you buy from bodybuilding or svncanada. Aside from free shippin on orders over $100 ou can redeem $5 or $10 when you stack up some points. Its cheaper to buy from bodybuilding when you're buying like $500 worth or something but you have the risk of getting caught in customs and end up paying more. Svncanada is based in BC and are the parent company of the franchise store called Fuel in BC

I have found it is best to buy from bb.com when you are $100+. There is always a 10% off code which covers a good chunk of the shipping but protein is never good unless you get a rare free ship like last week as it goes up to like $30 for shipping when it is heavy. Duties are all included though, many orders, and never anything above the price I checked out at.

I would have bought from SVN like I did 2 months ago if they had the protein I wanted. They ship the packages pretty fast so it's good if they have what you want.
