Any of these brands/watches worthy of weekend/beater duty? Definitely gonna stay away from "Just Bling"

Some of these brands like Invicta seem to be perpetually 75% off.

I saw this today. I didn't know if there were any that were actually quality watches, or actually anything worth buying...

Movado's are alright but wouldn't pay past $400 for one.

Deal? Amazon.ca is overpriced, so their sale is like regular price. LoL

Yeah, what the others said. Basically just Movado and Bulova. Although Invicta is starting to grow on me. Pretty interesting how relatively popular modern Hamilton is compared to the Bulova Accutron line. They just get no love. Same with Invicta. Maybe if they put a shit ton of lume on, then people will like them. They can be decently priced for a well made watch using ETA movements. The power of marketing I guess.

Ebay has some decent deals once in a while as well. Picked up a couple of Bulova's accutrons from there for pretty cheap. Just make sure to do your homework before purchasing as some of the "deals" aren't that great.

Thanks, pretty much confirmed what I thought.

Too bad all the Bulovas are women's. Movados never really interested me that much.
