The attacker was later identified as Gunnery Sgt. John Adam Kinosh of the MARSOC Special Operations School at Stone Bay. Halstead noted that Kinosh will be charged with misdemeanor assault inflicting serious injury, assault inflicting serious injury and communicating threats. He added that the U.S. Marine cannot be charged with felony-level offenses since he did not use any weapons nor did he rob the cab driver. Taxi Driver was treated at Onslow Memorial Hospital for multiple facial bone fractures and other injuries.

Meh, typical of some wanna be military tough guy. If that guy was more than half his size he would be a weeping mess at the end of that video. Terrible situational awareness, couldnt cleanly remove the keys and disable the threat. Anyone with a sidearm would have blocked with one hand and blown his head off. They will let any loser in the military.
