So Im on the waitlist position3 to get into Stat213 for this semester. Already few days passed since school started and it seems like no one in this course dropping... Is there a high chance that ppl will drop?

Yes. I would still be going to those classes so you don't fall behind.

# 3 I think you'll get in for sure. People normally do a mass drop on drop day.

If the prof is meh, you'll see a drop after the first day.

If the prof is good, you'll see it day before the deadline.

Just keep going to class and let your prof know about your situation, just in case. You'd be surprised the influence they have if they know there's a dedicated student that actually WANTS to be in their class.
