Wow thats a cool forum. I've never understood the ideas behind building a kit car but as a hobby I could see it being fun. :) Some pretty talented guys on that forum.

I don't get your project Arash - but keep up whatever you are doing. One day you will be designing cars that none of these people will be able to afford.

I'll basically be making my car designs with the aid of a machine called a CNC. (mine now moves around, but I didnt have time to make a video)
The CNC will carve the car design on foam in multiple sections, then they have to be glued together and panel copies made off them.
