Has anyone had trouble canceling or transferring their membership?
This is not the first time I've had trouble with this facility. Any ideas or comments...I am so upset right now! and don't know what to do

Process is simple:

If your contract is up, send registered letter, wait 30 days, membership will be cancelled.
