so my yahoo email is being used to spam

20 minutes ago, my phone gets bombed with a bunch of "failure to deliver notices" to a bunch of addresses (including some when I used the address for job hunting, meaning my current boss sent me a "I think you have been hacked" email) that must have been in my outbox.

besides changing the password, clearing out my outbox, and turning off my phone until tomorrow, is there anything else I should do?

Try going through your contacts and deleting them. If you don't have anyone in your contact list, they don't have anyone to send emails to.
