I have a brand new in box VVME HID conversion kit for 9006 bulb types. I bought these by accident, as I need H1s.
These are the 35w digital slim ballasts with 4300K bulbs. It also comes with the relay harness. Despite being a bit obscure, this brand is known for producing error- and flicker-free HID kits.
New shipped, with relay, it's $60ish.
