Ok, so I cheated a little. I went to Germany & Switzerland back in July, and hadn't gotten around to looking at all the sweet car pics I took until tonight. So this thread is just pics of all the cars I saw and drove when I was there.

While I was there, I did 4 laps of the Nurburgring in a rented VW Scirocco Cup+ (think GTI with stripped out interior, race suspension & racing slicks).

I also rented the F10 M5 for a day from BMW Welt and ripped on the Autobahn around Munich.

M5 - I turned off the Autobahn and stopped in a town called Unterhaching to grab a bite. And so that I could admire the Singapore Grey color in the light. I stopped at a random parking lot, but I think there was a travelling Gypsy camp set up behind the bushes where the weird looking trailer is!

Where did you rent the 525d and what did it cost daily if you dont mind me asking? Was it as fuel efficient as BMW advertised?

Same for the M5, where did you get you hands on it and what did it cost per day?
