Has anyone else started getting a pop-up window on the screen, bottom corners, with various advertising? I've never seen this before on Beyond.

I'll try and catch the next one. It doesn't happen on every page view, maybe about one in five or so. I'm also getting weird redirections when clicking on random threads. No noticeable pattern yet. I ran a virus check on my system today to see if it was me but it's not happening on any of the other forums I visit, just Beyond.

No other internet apps running, just firefox, only on Beyond.
Also, haven't viewed an archived page since I last cleared cookies&cache.
Also also, I don't have flash enabled in FF.

FWIW mine quit doing it. I was seeing it in IE & Firefox but it seems to be gone.

It has to do with one of your FF extensions I bet. FF has some extensions which allow for these pop-ups, I think it was a flash blocker I installed and it installs pop-up software. It was months ago, so not so clear on the exact extension. Google around for "ScoreCardResearch" and you'll find a solution.

Unknowingly I thought I was getting a great extension when in fact I also got a crappy skin tag along with it. Removed the extension and all was OK. As a test in FF uncheck all extensions, stop/start FF and see if you still get the pop-up.

As AOL is our media partner, we may continue to see these for a bit.

please remove the annoying AOL one in the bottom right. you can see it float from the left to the right part of the goddam screen when its supposed to be "invisible"
