Hi All,
we often tend to remember terrible service but never really commend or comment on excellent service. I figure i'd take the 5 mins out of my day to write this to the staff at Urban X south, particularly Garrett and Gary on a job well done!
I brought my last two vehicles into them for tires and have always been thoroughly impressed with their level of service, responsiveness, and not to mention their low prices.
Not only did the folks from Urban X stay late to get the job done on my car, but they were able to squeeze me in for the installation during after hours with less than a week's notice, somehow they pulled it all off! Thank you again to Garrett and Gary on another job well done!
