Hi Graham,

So what's the deal with those cars? Are some/any of them running? Any idea what kind of condition they are in?

Thanks

Brad

They were all crushed last Friday

I was planning on taking as much as I could, I really could have used the late 30's Dodge parts. Oh well.

Thanks for the heads up Graham, but it looks like they jumped the gun on the crusher.

^ the museum had all the exhibits they needed. Stan Reyolds made a point of collecting every old car/truck parts he could come across. Finally after 400+ cars and a mountain of parts this was getting to be more of a junkyard then anything. Now that he died some years ago, they museum curators decided to get rid of everything. I posted this a long time ago when they were selling each and every car/part. I just wanted to make a post so that whatever was left so it doesn't get crushed. They're selling what was left for mere scrap value. Here, I still know of all these cars near my dads farm. I've taken all these pics personally, so I know their still available. There are literally hundreds and hundreds of cars & trucks, I just ran out of time to take pics of them all. Their all SE of swift current. Let me know by pic number what interests you and I'll give you all the info I have. Also let me know what you are interested in, as chances are I can find it for you.

I'm also on a few hotrodding forums, so chances are I can find what you're after within your budget as well, in any stage of completion.
Just let me know what you're after :)

I will be interested in a AD truck, just don't know when I'll have the time to go scope them out (and space)

My god man! That is amazing. I love those old 40's-50's trucks!

^ lol really? I know of at least 50 of them, from all makes. Check out that link, there are a few very nice early 50's Ford 1/2 tons. It's not much to convert them to modern drivetrain and have a reliable daily driver 'rod. I know of lots of roadster bodies and full cars from the '20's on up. Just PM me what you're after and (unless its something highly sought after like a '32-'34 Ford coupe or roadster) I can find it.
I don't always have my phone on me so I rarely have the chance to snap pics of everything I come across. The pics in that link is a very small portion of what's out there.

*sigh*

When i actually have the garage space, and approval from the wife to start another project I will let you know. Maybe in a couple years. Would be a fun project for when my son is a little older.
