Hey Beyond,
I'm going to attempt to make a homemade satay beef sub, I have all the other ingredients down but I'm struggling to find an accurate recipe for the beef they put in the sub. I imagine it is flavoured with some hot sauce, fish sauce? Soy? But what else? I know I could go down to Kim Ahn and indulge in a delicious sub but I'm going to attempt this my self. Thank you for giving this white boy some insight into Vietnamese subs. I've got my "Do Chua" pickling right now :D
