A bit of a sideways move, but he's supposedly positioning himself for a drive at Ferrari in the future. Kobayashi is almost certainly on his way out, he was complaining a few weeks ago that it was impossible to get Japanese companies as sponsors since there aren't any Japanese car makers in the sport anymore.

I feel bad for di Resta though, I think he's a bit like Jenson Button in that he's underrated because he hasn't had a break out performance in any particular race and alot of the top level teams are dismissing him as a consequence. He's going to have to keep plugging along in a midfield car for quite some time and hope to get lucky.
