I'm looking to upgrade our stock headlights on our daily beater 98 civic because it barely illuminates the road at night.
I've started looking around for Projector Headlights + HID lights package and found these:

however I've read that the quality and wiring are not that great.

with H1 XB35 5K bult, Gatling Gun Shrouds, Morimoto XB LED White Halo, will I need to get a new headlight casing as well?
what wire harness should I consider getting?
