Looking for some recommendations.

I have no problem paying a legit company to come and give me a good quote in person, just so I know if it's financially feasible or not.

Not a huge one, pretty much 6'x26'.

Are you planning a full basement too?

(I'm not asking because I know prices, just interested in getting some rough numbers as well.)

No, I'm sure that'd be way past what I can afford. It's already developed anyways.

D0 the full basement add if affordable, have a doorway cut into the regular basement and you'll have a great cool room storage area - previous homeowner did that in our home and it's a great place to store away extra stuff in a cool place.

6' x 26' wine cellar would be sweet.

But full basements cost a lot.
