Broken Washing Machine

My roommate is retarded and broke the washing machine after overloading the hell out of it.

It is a top loader, it still spins but the water won't drain. Any idea of what I can do to possibly fix it?

Did you try taking out most/all of the laundry and try cycling it through?

I had the same issue, the water was hitting clothing/pillows and overflowing.
