What would the cheapest way to send around $10,000USD from Canada to the US?

Everything seems so expensive.. Western Union, Moneygram?

I'm leaning towards Paypal or a Wire transfer (If this is possible?)

Any other suggestions?

Wire transfers aren't terribly expensive relatively speaking, so look into them for sure. We did like 3 wire transfers out of japan to Canada a few years back when my wife moved here, and I remember it was something like $35 or $60 bucks. Paypal I wouldn't use for this..

How about a bank draft? Those are cheap, and then just ship it over there...e-mail money transfer is also a possibility, though not sure what kind of transaction limits and fees go along with that if any

Pretty sure a wire is $30.

Atleast my wires to NZ were.

I have also paid ~$30 for wire transfers.

Not sure who you are sending to but if possible, I have found the most economical way to send that amount is a certified cheque (money order, etc is also fine) sent in a tracked envelope. I've done various amounts without a hitch numerous times over the last few years.
