What do you think of this? I'm looking for something that I can do at home to maximize fitness while minimizing time spent at the gym (I simply don't have time to spend 2 hours/day there).

Basically, every M-F morning before my shower/head to work, do as many situps, then pushups, then plank, (repeat 3x) as I can. Just those three though.

Then, on Mon/Thur I can just stop in the gym after work for a quick set of bench/incline bench, and Tues/Fri do the same for squats/deadlifts.

Anybody see a problem with this? Would pushups interfere with bench pressing? I'm not looking to get massively jacked, I just need to build up some upper body strength mostly.

lack of equipment will probably prevent you from seeing anything that you can notice

Get some rubber bands, and do resistance training. You can pretty much use them anywhere.

:werd: Get some power blocks or some rubber bands and do p90x or insanity, if you don't want to hit the gym.
