Where to get deals on new cell phones?

I want a Samsung Rugby LTE to buy outright. Any vendors deal on price locally or elsewhere?

But upon checking their website, I don't see the Rugby listed. And from Google pictures, all of them have the A T & T logo so I'm assuming its American released only, gonna be tougher.

Telus and Bell have them too, but nobody seems to want to deal on it.

Sent an email to omega anyway, I'm sure they can get one.
