what kind of free weights? metal, plastic, olympic?

They're metal :) But not Olympic size, smaller holes.

I live in the NW.. in bearspaw. I'm not really sure what to ask for it.... I was thinking maybe $50 for the bench.... $20 for each of the bars (usually they are about $60 each). Not sure what to ask for the weights.

Nope to the seperate weight prices. The 25lb plates are like $25 EACH new. ;)
