Can anyone give me some information on the hell is an overboost or booster?

A booster can be Nitrous, a Turbo or a Supercharger man...


As far as overboost, I am not up on S/C's but with a turbo its when the boost level you have set climbs higher than that...

Either from boost creep or your boost controller goin haywire...

:werd: Its meaning is quite literal. You are over the level of boost you should be at. It could be over your boost setting, or over the boost level your engine can handle. In general its not a good thing (well it might give you some great acceleration... for a few seconds. :tongue: )

And for CycloneAWD its not much different for a supercharger - the difference is you are using pulleys to alter your boost levels. You could go overboost if you switched to too small of a pulley (smaller pulley = more boost)

Thanks man, I just didnt know if you could really OVERBOOST persay with an S/C
