A guy on Audizine looked into putting it in his B7 S4. After measuring he figured you'd have to cut holes in the firewall and "notch" the frame...

If I didn't just buy a hot tub, I'd be seriously considering getting it for my audi. I'm sure it wouldn't take much to fit it, since it's pretty much a C5 a6 avant.
