COP used to have something similar years ago..like before it was COP and the Olympics. Around the mid to late 70's. Think it was called "Paskapoo" and they had a coaster like that. It had a "deadman's" switch, where you had to push forward hard for no brakes..as you eased off, it would slowly apply the brakes. I went on it, I must've been around 12 or 13.
