So some friends are having a cocktail/christmas party tomorrow night and I need to track down some bitters. I've got some angostura from Safeway, but is there anywhere in town that stocks more than that? Seems like every grocery store I've been to has ango and nothing else. And where can a guy find some maraschino cherries around here?

I'm specifically looking for Fee Brothers Old Fashioned bitters

Oh nice, I googled from my phone while I was out looking and didn't see that. Will definitely be making a trip tomorrow.

On another topic, whatever happened to Smithwicks? Three liquor stores today and none of them had it.

I hear ya, I am always chasing down Phillips beer from Victoria, BC. Limited production and the cool kids are stocking up. The Co-op has about the best selection of beer in Calgary, Safeway is hit and miss event, the sales help though.
