Christmas 2012 Plans

So beyond.ca members, what do you have going on over the holidays?

Last year I was in Mexico enjoying the sun, ocean and the beach! This year I will be stuck in Calgary. I figure I may as well come to work the 27th and 28th as I have nothing going on.
Also I had the pleasure of buying my self a new MAF instead of the front/rear sway bars and end links I had planned to order.

I get three days off at Christmas, will probably ski 1 or 2 of those.

Heading to Istanbul and Prague in a few days here till Christmas. Will be at work on the 27 & 28th though.

going to be a quiet Xmas for us, parents are going to BC, sister going to Italy, gf parents going to the Philippines.
might go snowboard/ski with some buddies during the Xmas break though

and we are set on camping at FS or BB on boxing day as we need a 70" TV

Vacation starting after the 18th, not back to work until Jan 7... had to use the rest of my vacation days but I don't know what to do yet, but I'll figure it out. :clap:

I'm going in for hip resurfacing in Wednesday. My christmas plans include laying around on painkillers, watching TV, playing video games and such for about 8 weeks.

Vacation from Dec 22 to Jan 1. Going to be around family and such, plus a couple days of doing jack shit except sleep, write, read, game, etc :P

Heading to Kelowna for half and half in Calgary. Skiing and seeing gf's family. Off from the 20th to the 1st, so can't complain.

Will be on the beach in Nuevo Vallarta again.

Leaving Sat, Dec. 23 and coming back Sat, Jan. 5. Heading to HK to visit family, then half of that time, heading over to Bangkok & Patayya, Thailand with the wife, and a few other family members. It'll be my first time going away over Christmas. Hopefully we don't miss any flights along the way or lose any luggage for that matter!

Haha, my wife is Turkish, I'm Czech. Both are beautiful cities.

We're off to Roatan for our honeymoon, back to Toronto for Christmas with her family, off to Orlando with my family for the New Year celebrations and are then back to Toronto for about a week. Plenty of fun to be had between December 15 and January 9 :D

Decided to do absolutely nothing this year. I didn't take a single vacation all of 2012. A weekend here and there, but nothing extensive.

Probably gonna work throughout the holidays though.
