1410 has $1 oysters every Thursday.

I was going for the record one evening there, I was at 200 oysters and starting thinking about Mercury poisoning and stopped...haha...could have ate 200 more but got worried.

Spur closed down quite a long time ago. I think some Irish pub or something along those lines opened up there.

I feel sorry for the poor janitor who had to deal with the washroom aftermath

Even the thought of $1 oysters makes my stomach turn.

Shellfish is one type of food I would not want 'on sale' :nut:

I had $1 oysters at Rodney's in Vancouver and I will guarantee that they served oysters that were fresher than anything in Calgary. I don't think it's the price you should be concerned about, but rather what restaurant you are buying them from. Nothing wrong with a deal.

You're right.

Correction: Shellfish in Alberta is one type of food I don't want to buy on sale. :D

The oysters at grey eagle are horrible...full of sand and the sauce they have available sucks.
