Anyone have any leads on good companies I can look into? I'd prefer to hear from tradesmen that have worked in the shop/jobsite. Just trying to figure out where to go next. My current employer is really good in terms of pay and benefits but I find the work boring as sh1t and not challenging at all.
I'm looking for $35/hr+ and most of my experience is with oil and gas (gas compression and drilling rigs).
