LF a beyonder from the deep NW to help with engagement

So I'm planning to propose before christmas, I'm hoping for this upcoming thursday or friday.

Now my plan is to go see the christmas light displays with my gf like we did last year, if you don't know what I'm talking about, this is it: http://www.lightenupcalgary.com/. Then when we go to the last house there will be a big sign up in lights saying "will you marry me?.

Now here is my issue. My gf knows pretty much every person I know, so I don't want to pull up to a house that she knows.
Also, all the good displays are in the NW so that's where we're gonna hit up, being a deep SE boy my whole life I don't know anyone that lives there. I don't want to drive across to Mckenzie because I want it to be a total surprise and don't want her to suspect a thing.

What I'm asking is basically this: I go to your house this week, build a display and all you do is lend me the real estate and power it for the night I go out. Unless someone has a better idea. I'm also willing to offer compensation if you want.

This is kind of what I'm thinking of. Nothing too crazy, if you already have lights hanging then that might help just to make it look a bit better.

I proposed exactly 4 years ago to date and was considering the Christmas lights thing too since that was what we did on our first date 5 years before that. Unfortunately, the high temp for the day was a whopping -26 deg-Celsius. Thankfully I had a backup plan indoors and even more thankful, she said yes. Just make sure you have a backup plan in case weather does become an issue. The forecast looks promising for the end of this week but just in case right? Nonetheless, big congrats to you ahead of time. Make sure you do the customary posting of pics on beyond afterwards! Maybe the helping beyonder could be the creepy stalker with the telephoto lens behind the curtains snapping away as you propose? :poosie:

Thanks for all the replies guys. Looks like it's going to be Spikers and Baygirl to the rescue once again.

I'll post up some photos of ring, sign, ect. once it's all over.

Update:

So spikers and baygirl were very helpful and let me use their home. I ended up going to see a handfull of homes for the christmas light displays, last one being about 15 down from spikers, we then walked over and there was my proposal, hanging from his railing. Spikers and Baygirl also got outside a bit early and tried to get some spy shots for me, but they didn't work out that well in the dark. They even invited us into their home afterwards for a celebratory drink, great people and baygirl's daughter is an absolute gem. I'd also like to thank roll_over for helping with the vinyl for the sign.

I ended up going with a 1.35ct solitaire in white gold for anyone who's curious (pics don't do justice) and I also attached a photo of us in front of the sign.
