I dunno, it's got 9-10 hours of use on it in those 3 days... so the feet on the mouse are visibly worn.

the return policy at memory express is usually pretty good. I bought a razer mouse while ago, used it for a good few days and they still accepted it when i returned it. Doesn't hurt to try.
