Anyone have bad experiences with these guys? Seems like they have idiots answering the phones. Many times I call for a part, they quote a price and they have it in stock. Get there and they quoted on the wrong part or its not in stock but a more expensive one is. I refuse to shop there anymore. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

I agree with the bad customer service, but great prices. I bought a bearing that cost me $135 at kingsway, and quoted $290 at autovalue. It's probably Chinese made but it seems to be fine so far

They always been good for me and usually cheaper.
