Checking Wiki for details on the next Narnia film, I was sad to see that this latest chapter has come to an end:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Chronicles_of_Narnia_%28film_series%29#Future

The coles:

- The executive producer died in 2011.
- Walden Media and C.S. Lewis's estate disagreed over which book the next film would be based on.
- Walden Media lost exclusive rights to subsequent films soon after.

This isn't the end, but looks like the end for now.

I'm sure we'll see someone else take a shot at this down the road.

I thought they were mediocre at best anyhow, let's see what someone else can do.

Well, that's one of those stories that is ready for success in movie format if done right.

The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe movie was quite good. Prince Caspian was not good. Voyage of the Dawn Treader was better than Prince Caspian.

The only thing about Narnia that was good was SNL's Lazy Sunday.
