need advice on strong, inexpensive bed frame

This is a tad embarrassing lol but, I need advice on where to buy a strong solid bed frame in Calgary. I have an Ikea mattress and box spring, and had Ikea legs, which needless to say are not strong. I'm weary to buy an Ikea frame after that, so any advice on a solid frame would be awesome. I like my bed to be high off the ground, so something with a bit of space underneath, and that can handle a fair bit of weight. I also need to be price conscious.

I've often got good quality furniture deals at The Bay. Or try a Leons or similar for the budget?
