I know nothing about these, just the cts. You may want to describe the engine and or link to an article with what you have, as the sts is rare, or I never pay any attention to it.

Absolutely, thank you for noticing that. The car has a 3.6 Litre VVT (Variable Valve Timing) V6 engine. It produces considerable power when you need it; yet can still achieve excellent fuel mileage. Really the best of both worlds. I owned a CTS prior to the STS. The STS is slightely larger and much roomier than the CTS with a noticeable difference in the level of luxury quality, options, as well fit and finish. Dual layer side glass and sound deadening throughout the chasis make it extremely quiet on the road. Hope this helps.
