What have you done so far in modifications? I would suggest a different camshaft(s), higher cfm carburetoror and possibly a supercharger.

keep it stock if the car came stock with the hemi and show it. modifying a hemi is like taking a bmw and driving it off a bridge. it kills the value of the car.

Might also wanna ask on Performance Shop if you already haven't as this is mostly in Import Forum...

procharger makes sick certrifugal superchargers so does vortech, if you want the old style roots blower then go with holley or weiland(spelling). The new trend with V-8 and forced induction is a turbo setup, think hot rod did a feature on it, step-by-step. That'll be awesome a turbo'd hemi. :D :D :D

I think your numbers in your siggy are a little off bro. A stock hemi makes 425hp....that will run around 12sec. with a good launch but most likely 13's at the fastest. the cars are heavy. with the horsepower you are putting out you should only run mid-high 11's at the fastest and def. not at that mph. Is this all a joke man??

you can do some (temporary or not) weight reduction if u want better performance all around.. or just make sure you clean out the carbon deposits and do all regular maintnance to keep her runnin top notch

You dont need any more power.. With a 147mph in the 1/4 you'll do 9's :nut:

i was gonna say, that mph does sound about 30-40 km/h too high, or you have REALLY bad traction issues

 no shit, thats funny.a 4500 lb car hitting 147 mph needs a little more than 425 hp.

 you have a classic. Other than making sure its fully restored like new, please don't do anything else to it. If you must modify, buy a second car
