I'm planning to plastidip the characters on my plate to color black. Is this possible in Calgary, AB? I just don't wana get pulled over and get a ticket. hahaha

ok thanks! I saw a photo post on 8thcivic that plastidip their plate and it looks nice. But ohh well, I figured to post it here first and before making any stupid move. hahaha

Yup, you cant touch it. $345 fine, and plate seizure. And without a plate on your car it goes to the impound.

the plastic-dip thing you saw was probably strictly done for the photoshoot. hopefully the guy isn't stupid enough to drive around like that, and hopefully you aren't stupid enough to copy him.

I would be wary of advice from that website, they had a 500+ reply thread of people claiming home depot hood washer risers were reducing coolant temps by 1/3...mad airflow brah

The guy's plate was from jersey. So I'm not sure what their rules are. hehehe

lol It is surprising sometimes but overall great forums and very respective members as I've learned and helped me a lot through DIY maintenance on my cars.
