Tell your friend he has till the end of the month to cancel his contract with no penalties.

Received a couple emails from golds members wanting to cancel as well. So here's the number (1-800-387-2524) just make sure to call before the end of the month to avoid cancelation fees. Was much easier to cancel good life then Golds.
