Whenever I hear "polestar" I think of a stripper and/or hooker... then I hear Volvo, and think of old person... it just confuses my brain.

It is a Volvo though, so this "concept" will never see the light of day in North America.

S60 R-Design made me look. Pretty good value too as it's fully loaded @ $55K where similarly equipped S4 or 335xi will be in the mid 60s.

I would take one. It's a quirky idea to most, a high-performance Volvo, and that's why I like it so much.

The Polestar C30/S60 aren't really "concepts" but rather tuner modified cars (think Shelby Mustang). The C30 actually made it to the US (albeit in limited numbers) but it was a pretty solid deal for $32,000 US considering it put out about 450 hp.
