Edit: This goes well with the "Rant against pussifcation of kids" thread.

People need to STFU and just work out. I have people in my office here complain so much about working out when they get access to a great workout place in the same office building, with showers and lockers and all.

But holy I need to put this on my phone and watch it before and during my sets when I feel tired. Wish I could get someone like him to push me at the gym.

They still do squats with the bar thats just an assistance exercise.

The smallest guys have the least amount of work to do at the gym to move a weight.

Work = Force * Distance

Some of the strongest men I knew were that size and could bench 4 plates a side.
