I have a few house rentals and changed several appliances over the years, now i have about 10 stoves, 4 dishwashers, 3 fridges in one garage that i would like to get rid of.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with recyling them..How much is the going rate for a stove without getting totally screwed etc. $10? $30? I have no clue. All the appliances are electric.

Thanks for any advice

Futureshop is delivering 3 appliances for me on Sat., they charged me 30/ea for disposal of the old ones they're taking away. I think they subcontract out the work, I can try and find out what company it is on that day if you like.

+1 they fixup and resell. If they can't they use them for scrap metal. I put the stove outside and somebody got it within a day.

Just post you ad in kijiji saying you are giving away and whether or not they work etc. Please would take away anything if it has word "FREE" attached to it.

Basically get get paid for the gas, maybe, to drop it off to a scrap metal place.
